Background
Since my studies in mathematics and PhD in quantitative methods, I have been working with data analysis in business contexts. This has given me a clear understanding of the strengths, possibilities, and limitations of data-inspired approaches. This academic foundation helps me to contextualize hype and consistently focus on what actually works in practice.
Over two decades, I've held leadership positions across consulting and industry – always at the intersection of technology and business. I've seen firsthand why so many data initiatives fail – and above all, what distinguishes successful from unsuccessful ones.
Today, as a partner at INFORM DataLab I support executives in developing and implementing practical strategies that enable sustainable value creation. My focus is on addressing the organizational and cultural barriers that derail even the best technical solutions.
