    Two years ago I shared this infographic.

    A recent client conversation brought it back to mind — so I revisited it and refined two points:

    1. Business Strategy (instead of “data strategy”) — essential decisions happen there; that is where real demand becomes explicit.
    2. Organization & Competence (instead of “data culture”) — because culture cannot be engineered directly. It is a symptom that emerges from context and system conditions.
