3️⃣ Differentiated implementation: Which parts are complicated and plannable? Which are complex and require exploration?

Those who try to plan all of this upfront are setting themselves up for failure. Not only is the strategy design process itself complex — the organizational changes it entails also require an exploratory approach.

Those who follow the right sequence protect their data and AI investments more effectively than any roadmap ever could.
